GLOW Soup For Nourishing Good Health

Thursday is our soup making day.

This week and at least once a week we enjoy a favorite GLOW soup for our special supper.

To know that direct connection with food and it's effect on our bodies is one of the most important concepts I can teach my children for their life long well being.

When I made our Family Web (an idea from Enki Education) I added holistic health. Nutrition, herbs, connection to the earth and seasons, food as our medicine and medicine as our food, these are the important pieces of what I am that I desire to share with my boys.

This soup was from a microbiotic cook book called Glow I bought years ago. It includes Cabbage, onion, carrot, wakame and miso. It's delicious, healing and powerful soup!
