I've been sharing Eleanor's brilliance with the boys recently, in her books and this poem.
Morning Has Broken originally a hymn written for children and insprired by Psalm 118:24 which proclaims "This is the day that the Lord hath made; we shall rejoice and be glad in it."
I can't think of anything better than bringing the beautiful words to the melody we know as an awakening of each breath.
Thank you beautiful creators for these moments. They are the evidence of God in every moment and here now on our earth.
