After all of the street performers we saw and the finale - Ryder said, "I haven't had media in days but I feel like I have." I totally knew what he meant. Sensory overload. The difference was - he was still connected and he was able to process the activities as he shared his enthusiasm for the day.
For the boys to experience true "street performers" - really how theatre began - was fantastic for me to witness. Being a performing artist myself I remember the first moment I knew I wanted to express my creativity that way.
